Appointment Policy
We see clients by scheduled appointments. Please call (941) 205-5400 and our courteous staff will schedule you an appointment. Drop-offs are welcome if applicable. Please arrange by calling us ahead of time. This allows client and clinic flexibility. Walk-ins will be seen if possible, but clients with appointments will be seen first unless there is an emergency. If the emergency requires further care than we can provide, we may refer you to an emergency veterinary clinic. Surgeries are admitted between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM Tuesday through Friday.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment). If an appointment is missed or rescheduled less than 2 hours before the start time, we will charge 50% of the exam fee (per patient) since we will not be able to fill that appointment space.
If you are a new client scheduling an appointment, we ask that you pay for the office visit up front. This helps us decrease the frequency of no-show appointments. You may pay over the phone or come in-person to do so.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is required at the time that services are provided. We do not bill. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and Care Credit. Pet insurance is encouraged (See Website Links) and Care Credit information and application is listed below.
